Rewind Condition of sale
1. Tickets are for personal use and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
2. Where reasonably necessary, the management reserves the right to make alterations to the published event programme.
3. The event is filmed and photographed. Buying this ticket affirms your consent to the filming as a member of the audience. If you have any objections please see a member of the venue management.
4. You must have your ticket on the night to gain entry.
5. All seating areas of the club will be opened up at 10:30pm.
6. Gold ticket holders have reserved seating within the sectioned off area closest to the stage.
7. Silver ticket holders have a reserved seat ONLY within the club.
8. Standard ticket holders do not have a reserved seat.
9. All seats are reserved by management within the club and all available seats will be used, this means on occasion you will be sharing a table with other customers.
10. All customers will be subject to a bag search upon entry, no food, drink, weapons or illegal substances will be permitted in the venue.
11. Doors open at 5:30pm, first act 7pm, event finishes late.
12. Management have the right to refuse entry and in the event of any dispute the manager’s decision is final.
13. Over 18’s only. Think 25 in operation.

We’re back! We missed you! And, we’re so excited to see youagain!
Since March, we have been working behind the scenes to makesure we’re bringing back the Mecca fun as safely as possible. First thingsfirst, we just want to chat you through what we have planned for when we open:
We will have to ask all of you to adhere to the Government’ssocial distancing guidelines both inside and outside our clubs, but don’t worryour clubs are big enough to make sure you can maintain a safe distance. When indoubt, just picture George Clooney lying on the floor between you and the personnext to you and you’re all good! To help you keep a safe distance some seatsand slot machines might not be in use, but we will have handy signs to show youwhich ones are available.

We have also increased our cleaning routines and will becleaning as we go, going above and beyond even Mrs Hinch’s standards. Pleasesupport us by regularly washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser providedin the clubs.
We will go contactless, so you can pay, play and order yourfood using your mobile, MAX screen or contactless payment card, but don’tworry, we will still be accepting cash if you prefer.
In addition to our measures, our staff have undergoneextensive training to bring you the Mecca-tastic experience you missed assafely as possible. And, they can’t waitto catch up with all of you lovely people!
